With a well put together program that is built for you and without injuries causing set backs you will maximize your results! In the end we are all looking for results and the best way to achieve this is with accountability, motivation, and knowledge.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer one-on-one and group training sessions and pricing. Our sessions typically run 1 hour and you will receive unlimited sessions per month at a flat rate. One-on-one is pretty self explanatory and ultimately means you will be with your trainer and receive his undivided attention throughout your whole session. Our group training runs with 2-4 people per group and still entails an individualized program relating towards each persons goals. We understand that each person in the group is at a different fitness level and we always take that into account.
